He has extensive knowledge and experience in Multi-family including the oversight of multimillion-dollar garden-style, mid-rise, mixed-use, commercial, scattered-site portfolios with single-family homes, student housing, affordable housing, Investment Properties, preventative maintenance, inspections, City compliance, due diligence, budget building, new construction, dispositions, acquisition onboarding training, sales, leasing, and marketing.
Previously, he served for six years as a General Manager of Leasing and Marketing for a scattered site portfolio of over 1,000 units in New Jersey & Pennsylvania. He also worked as a Regional multi-site Property Manager in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Maryland. Responsibilities included training, innovative marketing strategies, preparation of budgets, management plans, market research analysis, capital improvement, contract negotiation, resident retention, maximizing revenue, management of leasing operations, and third-party Property Management.
He obtained his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certificate and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate by the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM). He also obtained his Pennsylvania Real Estate License in 2015 and recently completed all educational requirements to obtain his Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License.

Dalia entered the real estate business in 2020, and leveraged her strong background in sales to become a top-producing agent within her first year. After her early success as a real estate agent, Dalia wanted to explore another sector of the real estate business. She decided to take a leap of faith and transition from her career as a real estate agent to the “Director of Investor Success” for Axel Property Management.
Dalia uses her prior experience working with real estate investors to build and construct deals for investors, market wholesalers, and off-market opportunities for investors. She analyzes finances to find quality deals and facilitates investor success through acquisitions.
