  • If we don’t lease your property in 30 days or less, it's FREE on us!

  • Initial Property inspection. Review features, utilities, and value

  • We provide a market comparison analysis to maximize your market rent

  • We handle the marketing- Includes our website, social media, and MLS

  • We show your vacant rental property to all prospective residents

  • We handle the application screening process- This includes a credit report, national criminal search, eviction history, and income qualifications

  • We include our Axel For Rent sign and install a lockbox for all showings

  • We handle the lease contract preparation, utilities, renter’s insurance, and collection of all funds

Terms and Conditions: Commission: The owner will pay a fee equal to one month’s rent. Rental Listing: The owner of the property must sign a rental listing contract. Market Rent: Determined based upon market research analysis and knowledge of Axel Property Management. Only available in the Lehigh Valley Market.
