If we don’t lease your vacant rental property in 30 Days, we won’t charge you a commission.

With the online portal, our residents can submit a service request immediately and can also contact us for emergency service 24 hours per day.

Evictions and Collections

Although it usually doesn’t happen that often, there may come a time when we must evict a resident for non-payment of rent, lease violation, or illegal activity. This can disrupt the neighborhood and sometimes destroy your rental property. We represent you as our client and handle the entire process of collections and evictions. You don’t need to hire a law firm that specializes in residential evictions. The filing fees and eviction costs are charged back to the resident account. When the eviction case goes to court and you’re awarded a judgment we handle the process of collecting bad debt and getting your property back to market-ready condition and occupied.

Leasing Training and Education

We train our teams for success. Training and professional development for management and staff ensures everyone is familiar with how to use technology properly and to its greatest advantage. Our services also include hosting training seminars or online training sessions to help owners get the most from their online portals and maintenance tracking tools.
